What We Offer.
The gym has been extensively cleaned and redecorated and is split into four main areas; the strength and conditioning room consisting of a large free weight area (with dumbbells up to 60kg), power racks, a Crosscore 180 and an assortment of bodybuilding and conditioning machines.
A cardio room with rowing machines, treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and steppers. We are also in the process of introducing an astro-turf area for prowlers, sleds and farmers walk bars.
The Mill Room, for relatively private exercises and floor work, ideal for those just wanting a quieter session. The Vault, our specialised large mat area used for classes ranging from circuits to wrestling to Mixed Martial Arts. During non-class times this can be used by members. In there you will find battle ropes, tyres, slam balls among other functional kit.

IS THERE A CHEAPER RATE?
Yes! There is a cheaper rate for those who want to commit for a longer period of time. Give us a call on 01274 610088 and we’ll discuss your requirements. Or, you can simply take advantage of our Off-Peak membership which only costs £20 per month.
CAN I JOIN ANY CLASSES?
Every week on Tuesday and Thursday we run circuit training classes. We like to mix things up so you’ll never get bored, so they’re definitely worth checking out! They run from 18:15 - 19:00 and there is a cost of £5 for non members, but free for members!
DO YOU WORK IN SCHOOLS?
Yes we do! We are passionate about educating young people on the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle, so we offer classes to schools and after-school workshops.
We’re very flexible, so whatever it is you want to teach your students, we can tailor a programme to that need. Just contact us for more info.
CAN YOU WRITE ME A PLAN?
Now your talking! We love writing plans for our members. Don’t struggle on your own, our Personal Trainers have gone out and gained the most knowledge they can - so use their expertise! This is also at no extra cost, how good is that?
WHAT'S THE EQUIPMENT LIKE?
We love investing in quirky new equipment that you might not see in a ‘normal’ gym; so you’ll find giant tyres, ropes hanging from the ceiling and a prowler to spice up your training. We do also have a dedicated weight area where there is more than enough weights so people aren’t standing around waiting - we all hate that, right?
Our cardio equipment is located at the back, too. So you can run, row or bike in peace.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE RATES?
We certainly do. We understand working in an office is a tiresome and often challenging place in itself, and we’ve found some companies offer packages to their employees so they can keep an active lifestyle and blow off that steam.
